It’s been almost a year since my last blog post – and much has happened. Short version: I came for a visit to the US in January and felt that the Lord wanted me back in here for my next step in Him. The wealth and resources in the west are more easily secured and managed from the west. So, He led me back quickly and I’ve been in CSG since 1 April. A prayer partner and I are beginning a business (plan to be “legal” and open in January 2012) called The Intense Fork (check it out on FB [www.facebook.com/theintensefork], send us an email to get on our distribution [theintensefork@gmail.com] or check out our under-construction website [www.theintensefork.com]) – this is a business where we can literally feed people in the US and a MINIMUM of 10% of all gross sales goes direct to Africa, supporting Ray of Hope (and we’ll expand that to other organizations as the Lord provides and directs) to feed literally and spiritually through that organization. Also, we’ve agreed to an escalating giving % based on escalating sales so we’re excited to see how He grows this business as we walk forward in obedience to what He has called us to do.
The Holy Spirit has also continued to pour a wide and diverse vision of much of what I’m supposed to seed, pray for, build and support with others in His beautiful family – I’ll be posting more about that in upcoming days and I’m praying for your prayer support in all of His Will…. because His is the only one I’m interested in following (despite my regular bouts with my own pride and desire!). But He has also been pressing on me with multiple topics and I’d love to have some biblical discourse on them if anyone is willing to join the conversation in biblical challenge or in agreement. I would love the feedback so that we can be “iron sharpening iron”. :-)
